Global Friends ("the App") is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children. This document outlines our safety standards, prevention mechanisms, and compliance with global child safety laws.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Global Friends strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user found uploading, sharing, or discussing such content will be permanently banned from the platform immediately, and their information will be reported to the relevant national and international law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. In-App Safety Features and Reporting
To protect our users and uphold our safety standards, we have integrated the following features:
•User Reporting: Every user has the ability to report another user's profile or story for inappropriate content or child safety concerns.
•Story Reporting: Our app includes a dedicated "Report Story" feature with specific categories for reporting harmful content.
•Blocked Users List: Users can hide or block any profile for 24 hours or permanently to prevent unwanted interactions.
•Content Moderation: Our administrators regularly review reported content and take swift action against violators.
3. Real-Time Communication Security
During real-time audio and video calls (powered by Agora SDK), we encourage users to report any abusive behavior. Since our calls are private, we rely on user reports to identify and take action against individuals who use our communication tools for child exploitation or harassment.
4. Prohibited Conduct
We do not allow:
•Solicitation of minors for any purpose.
•The use of sexualized language or imagery involving children.
•Harmful behavior that targets individuals under the age of 18.
5. Compliance and Legal Obligations
Global Friends complies with all relevant regional and international child safety laws. We are dedicated to cooperating with law enforcement agencies and reporting illegal activities involving child safety. We maintain a designated point of contact at amantuofficial@gmail.com to handle all inquiries and compliance matters regarding child protection.
6. User Responsibilities
While we provide tools to ensure safety, we also encourage our users to:
•Never share personal information with strangers.
•Immediately report any profile that appears to be violating child safety standards.
•Use the "Hide Profile" feature to avoid interactions with suspicious users.
